FIA arrests Aamir Liaqat’s ex-wife Dania Shah
Dania Shah, the widow of well-known televangelist Aamir Liaquat, has been detained by the Federal Investigation Agency, according to FIA authorities on Thursday.
According to the officials, Dania was taken into custody during a raid by the FIA Cyber Crime Wing (CCW) Lodhran, according to Geo News.
Liaquat’s third wife was detained for reportedly sharing a controversial video of Aamir Liaqat on social media.
The officials verified that the decision was taken in response to the daughter of the TV anchorperson’s complaint.
Salma Bibi, Dania’s mother, claimed that the police and other officials “barged” into their home and took Dania into custody.
Salma Bibi further said: “I have come to the police station, but they are not telling me anything and Dania isn’t present here as well.”

The media community was shocked by his untimely demise, and people vented their resentment at the online trolls who had harassed the well-known TV anchor over his failed third marriage.
The late anchor’s son received the body, and Chippa performed the final rituals.
In Clifton, Karachi, Hussain was buried in a cemetery on the grounds of the Abdullah Shah Ghazi mausoleum.
Later, there was debate over exhuming him to determine the cause of death; however, the practice was not carried out after a judge decided against it.
Many showbiz celebrities condemned the sinful act of making private video of Aamir Liaqat viral. One such celebrity is Mathira.
When the video was made public, Mathira used her Instagram stories to denounce Dania Shah, Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife, for sharing naked videos of him. She feels that Shah committed a “below the belt” act against her ex and that it needs to be addressed through legal means.
